The directory remains available without audience measurement. You choose whether to help us understand how it is used.

Browsing the directory

This version has no visitor accounts, targeted advertising or third-party analytics. The hosting provider may retain technical connection logs to operate and secure the service.

Optional measurement

After you accept, we count tab-based visits, pageviews, clicks to partner websites, coarse traffic sources and active viewing time. Search terms, raw IP addresses and full referrer URLs are not saved in analytics. Totals are not unique-person counts. No third-party measurement service is used.

Your choice

Accepting or declining does not change access to the directory. Use measurement preferences to change your choice. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable measurement. Withdrawing clears pending events; already aggregated totals cannot identify a person to subtract their activity.

Analytics retention

A bounded local queue can retry consented events for up to 24 hours after a network interruption. Temporary event identifiers prevent duplicates; temporary network hashes limit abuse. Private aggregates are kept for 90 days, with expiry applied at the next collection or report read. Server technical logs and backups have their own retention periods.

On your device

Offline mode saves public pages and website resources in your browser. The administration can save a local draft on this device. Your measurement preference is saved locally; after acceptance, a temporary tab session and a bounded event queue are used. No private report is saved in the offline cache. You can clear these data in your browser settings.

Administration

A session cookie authenticates the administrator or the analytics-only account. It expires when the browser closes, with a two-hour server-side inactivity limit. Login attempts are temporarily stored as fingerprints to limit abuse.

Partner websites

When you follow an external link, the partner’s privacy policy and terms apply. AnnuaireQC does not receive those platforms’ passwords, payments or customer records.

Updates

This notice describes version 1.2.1.1, dated September 20, 2026. Documents for search engines and AI assistants contain only public directory information. This website does not process purchases or collect contact requests. For data on a specialized platform, use its published contact details.
